A Save Our Mates Men’s Wellbeing Roadshow will roll into Kadina on 18 March, as part of a tour across Yorke Peninsula before heading to Port Pirie, Port Augusta and Port Lincoln.
Presenter Jeremy Forbes, a trade qualified painter and decorator with 25 years in the building industry, will share his story and tips on how to bounce back from adversity, at a free breakfast at Kennett’s Hardware commencing 7.30am.
Learn the 4 steps to better mind health, ways to spot the signs in others that they’re not doing so great, and where and how to access community resources to help get back on track mentally.
